This weekly meal planner makes meal planning easier. There's space for you to jot down what you're going to eat each day (broken down into breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks), and a grocery list is included below the weekly schedule.
The planner is printed on A4 paper and has a 2mm thick cardboard backing. Each pad contains 15 sheets, enough for the entire season!
